General introduction to KS-series Hot-ore
Screen:
Screen is mainly used to complete the classification of hot-ore.
There are two vibrating motors which generate two
different forces in order to classify the ore. It is
always used as a part of Metallurgy machinery. We can
design and manufacture different series of hot-ore
screens in accordance to our client's requirements |
Work of KS-series Hot-ore Screen:
Two different forces are generated by two vibrating motors on it and then
the screen box starts vibrating. The vibrating motors
are fixed on the side shelf so that they do not involved
Vibrating and the screening is successfully made.KS-series
Hot-ore Screen is made up of the screen box, the JIZHENG,
the reducing system, the convey device and the base. The
beam and the side plate of the screen box is made of
heat-resisting and stainless steel. |
Work conditions:
1. Both the direction of the moving of materials on the
screen and the putting of them should be the same and
the height should be no higher than 500mm so as to
reduce the impact on the screen.
2. A heat protection device shoud be fixed between the
vibrating motors and the screen in order to depress the
impact of heat on the vibrating motors.
3. Cooling devices should be fixed in order to maintain
the temperature on the screen under 500c.
4. Do not fix the hopper, extractor fan and the heat
protection device on the main body of the screen and the
distance between them should be less than 50mm. |
The main features:
The side plate and the beam of KS-series Hot-ore screen are made of
quality and heat -resisting stainless steel and they are
connected firmly by Huanchan.That's all for the high
temperature of those materials under screening. A XIEQI
is designed to fix the screen plate in order to make it
work normally under high temperature. It is
characteristic by the firm structure, the stable
performance, the low noise and the high efficiency. |
